The OnRobot Electric Screwdriver is an intelligent tool for automating screwdriving/unscrewing applications covering a wide range of screw sizes, from M1.6 to M6, and up to 50 mm long.
Easy setup and programming allows for intuitive integration and it is ready to use on any robotic arm from the leading brands.
It also includes protection features that make it suitable for collaborative applications with screw lengths up to 35 mm. The safety stop is automatically activated if a screw is exposed to excessive force, with a warning light indicating the problem.
